Delete Trailhead Account

Request deletion directly in Trailhead settings without sending an email. If you cannot access the app, you can also email Arugula Labs from the address associated with your account.

1. Open Trailhead settings and choose Delete Trailhead Account.
2. Choose Request account deletion and confirm that you want to delete your entire Trailhead account and associated personal data.
3. The app displays confirmation and the processing deadline. You do not need to send an email or submit the request again.
4. Arugula Labs will process your request within 30 days and email you when deletion is complete.

Account deletion covers your Trailhead account and associated personal data across all lodges. In-app requests are processed within 30 days. Records required by law are retained only for the required period.
