Terms of Service — Trailhead by Nanki

Trailhead by Nanki, operated by Arugula Labs LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Trailhead mobile application and related services provided by Arugula Labs LLC ("Arugula Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Trailhead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Trailhead.

• Trailhead is available only to users authorized by a participating organization.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our unauthorized fault.

Trailhead provides field-operations tools for lodges and experience operators, including trip and program workflows, operational communication, maps, media capture, expense records, notifications, and related Nanki platform capabilities made available to authorized users.

• Use Trailhead only for authorized organizational purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data outside your assigned role or organization.
• Do not interfere with the Service, reverse engineer client protections, or upload unlawful content.
• Comply with applicable laws, lodge policies, and safety instructions when using location, media, and communication features.

You retain responsibility for content you submit through Trailhead, including reports, messages, photos, audio, documents, and expense records. You grant Arugula Labs the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the Service within your organization and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Private Journal content, where available, is handled under the separate privacy boundaries described in our Privacy Policy.

Some Trailhead features require device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, notifications, and file access. You may manage permissions through Trailhead and your device settings. Background location is used only for authorized field operations during active Programs as described in our Privacy Policy.

Trailhead integrates with third-party services such as Clerk, Mapbox, Expo, Sentry, and platform notification services. Your use of those features may be subject to additional third-party terms.

We or your organization may suspend or terminate access for security, policy, or operational reasons. You may request account deletion through the in-app link and managed email workflow described in our Privacy Policy.

Trailhead is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Field conditions, connectivity, GPS accuracy, and third-party services may affect performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arugula Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Trailhead. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Trailhead will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for Trailhead access in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
